We aim to make delivery as effortless as possible. Delivery options and estimated lead times can vary by item and location; these are confirmed during checkout or by our team after your order is placed.
- Our delivery team will contact you to arrange a suitable date once your order is ready.
- Please check product lead times on each product page before ordering.
- Someone aged 18 or over must be available to accept delivery.
Room-of-choice service
Where offered, our delivery partners can bring your order to a suitable room within your home. Assembly and packaging-removal availability may vary by postcode and product.
Before delivery, please check that access routes, stairwells and doorways are suitable for your chosen bed and mattress.
Returns
We want you to feel confident ordering from Revalis Living. Please notify us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, so we can put things right.
- Contact us before arranging any return.
- Returned goods should be unused and in their original condition unless there is a manufacturing fault.
- Made-to-order and personalised items may be excluded from standard cancellation rights. Your statutory rights are not affected.
