These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through www.revalisliving.com and form the agreement between you and Revalis Living.

1. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This does not mean that your order has been accepted.

Acceptance takes place when we send an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation, whichever happens first.

We may refuse or cancel an order where there is an issue with payment authorisation, product availability, pricing, delivery access, product information or suspected fraud.

2. Products and images

We make every effort to display products, fabrics and colours accurately. However, colours and textures may vary depending on screen settings, lighting and device display.

Fabric samples are recommended before ordering where colour matching is important. Natural variations in fabric texture, shade, pile direction and upholstery finish may occur and do not automatically mean that a product is faulty.

Measurements shown on our website are approximate and may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

3. Product options and pricing

Some products are available with selectable options including size, fabric and colour, slats, base boards and ottoman storage.

The final price shown for your selected product combination is the price payable before delivery charges, where applicable.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Where a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing it and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment must be made in full at checkout unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

We use secure third-party payment providers to process payments. We do not store your full payment-card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery times shown on the website are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability, manufacturing lead times, location and access requirements.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The delivery address is correct.
  • Someone is available to accept delivery where required.
  • There is suitable access to the property and room of choice.
  • Staircases, doorways, lifts and access routes are suitable for the product ordered.

Please check dimensions carefully before ordering. Revalis Living cannot accept responsibility where delivery cannot be completed because of insufficient access.

Any delivery concerns, damage or missing items should be reported to us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs where available.

6. Cancellations and returns

When buying online, you may usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You must notify us within this period, and you then have a further 14 days to return the goods where a return is applicable.

However, cancellation rights may not apply to products made to your specific requirements or clearly personalised choices, including beds made in a selected fabric, colour, size or configuration where this is treated as a bespoke order.

Where cancellation rights apply, returned items must be unused, undamaged, in their original condition and returned with all original packaging where reasonably possible.

Return delivery costs may be deducted from any refund unless the product is faulty, incorrect or damaged on arrival.

This section does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

We want every Revalis Living product to arrive in excellent condition.

If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photographs and a description of the issue.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied to consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Where appropriate, we may offer a repair, replacement, partial refund or full refund in line with your legal rights.

8. Fabric samples

Fabric samples are provided to help customers assess colour and texture before placing an order.

Samples are indicative only. Due to natural manufacturing variation, the final product may differ slightly in texture, shade, pile direction or appearance from a sample.

9. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes must be entered at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Discount codes:

  • Cannot usually be combined with other offers.
  • May be limited to one use per customer.
  • May exclude selected products, delivery charges or sale items.
  • May be withdrawn or amended at any time unless stated otherwise.
  • Have no cash alternative.

Where a discount code is used, any refund will normally reflect the amount actually paid after the discount was applied.

10. Website availability

We aim to keep our website available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content will always be free from errors.

We may update, suspend or remove parts of the website without notice where reasonably necessary.

11. Intellectual property

All website content, product images, branding, logos, text, graphics and designs are owned by or licensed to Revalis Living.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where it cannot legally be limited or excluded.

We are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable, losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or business losses where you are purchasing as a consumer.

13. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

UK data-protection law requires businesses to provide clear and accessible information about how personal data is collected and used.

14. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom and applicable law allows you to bring a claim in your local courts.
